A little about Me and Motivation Mobility
“Hi Ya’ll! I am Deborah Price. As a born-and-raised Texan and a lifelong movement enthusiast, I have spent over 26 years in the rehab and health industry helping people rediscover their physical potential. I truly believe the human body is capable of incredible things. My expertise lies in understanding how our bodies function and helping them perform better as we age, specifically by balancing the three essential components of long-term health.”

Creating the perfect exercise program for your lifestyle requires a personalized approach that balances your goals, available time, and interests to ensure long-term consistency. The most effective routine is not necessarily the most intense, but rather one you can sustain, generally starting with a foundation of 20 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity and two, or more, days of strength training per week. My goal is to help build that program with you.
